Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas, then beat in ghee, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

  3. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined without overmixing.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes on a wire rack, then remove from the pan to finish cooling.
