Mocha Coffee Recipe

A quick homemade mocha recipe combines brewed coffee, milk, and chocolate for a comforting and easy beverage.

Instructions

  1. Start brewing coffee and simultaneously heat milk and heavy cream until hot.

  2. Combine the hot coffee, hot milk and cream, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla extract in a jar with a tight lid.

  3. Shake the sealed jar until the sugar dissolves, the cocoa combines, and the mixture is frothy, or use a milk frother.

  4. Pour the drink into a mug, reheating if it has cooled.

  5. Optionally, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
