Miso Ramen Japanese Soup

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic, ginger, and ground pork for 5 minutes until cooked.

Add carrots, bean sprouts, and cabbage; sauté until tender.

Pour in warm water, season with bouillon, sugar, and soy sauce, then bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, melt miso paste into the soup, add sesame oil, then remove from heat.

Separately, start boiling water in a large pot and cook ramen noodles until al dente; drain well.

Divide drained noodles into two bowls, then pour the hot miso soup with pork and vegetables over them, garnishing as desired.
