Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic, ginger, and ground pork for 5 minutes until cooked.

  2. Add carrots, bean sprouts, and cabbage; sauté until tender.

  3. Pour in warm water, season with bouillon, sugar, and soy sauce, then bring to a boil.

  4. Reduce heat to low, melt miso paste into the soup, add sesame oil, then remove from heat.

  5. Separately, start boiling water in a large pot and cook ramen noodles until al dente; drain well.

  6. Divide drained noodles into two bowls, then pour the hot miso soup with pork and vegetables over them, garnishing as desired.
