Mint Sorbet Recipe

Combine mint, water, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat; simmer, covered, for 3 minutes until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

Strain the mixture into a bowl, discarding the mint leaves.

Stir in the wine and lemon juice, adjusting lemon to taste; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
