Mint Chocolate Bark
A refreshing mint chocolate bark features a swirled green and chocolate appearance, enhanced with chopped mint-flavored candies for a delightful crunch.

Instructions

Cover a baking sheet with foil or waxed paper.

Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Stir 1/4 tsp peppermint oil into the melted semi-sweet chocolate.

Melt white chocolate in a separate bowl, stirring frequently until smooth.

Add 1/8 tsp peppermint oil and green food coloring with a toothpick to the white chocolate, then stir until a minty green color is achieved.

Spread the semi-sweet chocolate thinly on the prepared baking sheet.

Drop small spoonfuls of the green white chocolate onto the dark chocolate in a random pattern.

Swirl the chocolates together with a knife, stopping when distinct brown and green areas remain.

Tap the baking sheet against the counter to settle the chocolate.

Sprinkle chopped mint-flavored candies over the wet chocolate and press gently.

Refrigerate the tray for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.

Cut the set bark into squares or break into irregular pieces.
