Mini Meatloaf

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with non-stick foil.

Lightly mix ground beef, onion, evaporated milk, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them into loaves; place on the prepared baking sheet.

Prepare the glaze by combining ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl.

Spoon half of the glaze over the loaves.

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 160 F is reached.

Brush with the remaining glaze; serve hot.
