Mini Ground Beef Party Tacos
Crunchy-chewy mini ground beef tacos are an excellent finger food for any event.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 F (204 C).

Cut 3-4 inch rounds from large tortillas.

Brown ground beef in a saucepan, breaking it into crumbles; drain excess fat.

Add tomatoes, ground chile, oregano, garlic and onion powders, cumin, and salt to the beef. Bring to a boil, then simmer until liquid evaporates.

Arrange tortilla rounds on cookie sheets and brush both sides with vegetable oil.

Fill each tortilla round with a tablespoon of beef mixture and a pinch of cheese. Fold into half-moon packets, pressing edges to seal.

Bake for 10 minutes, or until tortillas are browned. Serve immediately with desired dips.
