Minced Ham and Onion Burger

Instructions

  1. Combine minced ham, green pepper, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl, then mix in beaten egg.

  2. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and form into patties.

  3. Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat.

  4. Fry patties 5 minutes per side until cooked through.

  5. Drain on paper towels, then place in buns.
