Instructions

  1. Start boiling 6 cups of water with 2 teaspoons of salt.

  2. Blanch the watercress until wilted, then immediately shock it in ice-cold water.

  3. Drain and thoroughly squeeze the watercress to remove excess moisture.

  4. Cut the watercress into 2- to 3-inch pieces.

  5. Combine the cut watercress with all remaining seasoning ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
