Minari or Seasoned Korean Watercress

Instructions

Start boiling 6 cups of water with 2 teaspoons of salt.

Blanch the watercress until wilted, then immediately shock it in ice-cold water.

Drain and thoroughly squeeze the watercress to remove excess moisture.

Cut the watercress into 2- to 3-inch pieces.

Combine the cut watercress with all remaining seasoning ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
