Instructions

  1. Cut caramel into 3-inch long by 1-inch wide bars. Place them on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.

  2. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds, then mix in crisped rice cereal.

  3. Dip each caramel bar into the chocolate-cereal mixture, ensuring full coverage, then return to the prepared baking sheet. Repeat for all bars.
