Grease an 8x8-inch pan.

Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat, then stir in tahini and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Add a bag of marshmallows, reserving 1 cup, and stir until completely melted.

Remove from heat, then mix in vanilla extract and salt.

Add the Rice Krispies cereal and the reserved marshmallows, stirring until all ingredients are coated and combined.

Press the mixture lightly into the prepared pan using plastic wrap.

To make the glaze, combine all glaze ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 50-second intervals, stirring, until smooth.
