Milk and Cereal Breakfast Bars

A homemade version of packaged milk and cereal bars offers a convenient grab-and-go breakfast.

Instructions

  1. If using optional ingredients, mix them with the yogurt.

  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, then evenly spread the yogurt into the bottom.

  3. Pour cereal over the yogurt and press it down firmly to ensure freezing.

  4. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and freeze for 4 to 8 hours until solid.

  5. Remove the frozen block from the pan by lifting the parchment, then cut it into 6 bars.

  6. Individually wrap each bar in wax paper, place them in a freezer bag, and return to the freezer.
