Mild Yellow Hot Dog Mustard

Instructions

  1. Sterilize one half-pint jar or two 4-ounce jars.

  2. While jars sterilize, whisk all mustard ingredients in a small saucepan until smooth.

  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then boil for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes; the mustard will continue to thicken significantly as it fully cools.

  5. Transfer the mustard to the sterilized jars, seal, and let cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
