Milanesa de Carne Recipe
Thinly sliced, breaded, and fried meat cutlets, known as Milanesas, are an Italian-influenced dish widely enjoyed across Latin America.

Instructions

Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.

Whisk eggs and water in a separate shallow bowl.

Mix breadcrumbs with oregano, Parmesan, salt, and pepper on a plate.

Dredge each steak in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

Dip the floured steak in the egg wash, then thoroughly coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry each steak 3 to 4 minutes per side, until crispy and cooked through.

Serve warm with rice and chimichurri.
