Heat a grill or grill pan.

Combine ground lamb, diced onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; mix thoroughly and form four patties.

Cook patties for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or extend cooking time for preferred doneness.

Toast buns if desired. Spread labneh on the bottom half of each bun, place a cooked burger, add lettuce and crumbled feta, then top with the other bun half and serve hot.
