Middle Eastern Dill Rice

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice and soak in cold water for 2 hours.

  2. In a medium saucepan, start boiling water or chicken broth, then stir in bouillon.

  3. Drain the soaked rice, then add it, lemon juice, dill, and salt to the boiling liquid.

  4. Stir, cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 20 minutes or until rice is done.

  5. Fluff with a fork and serve.
