Michael Jordan's 23 Delmonico Steak

Instructions

Preheat the grill.

In a saucepan, sauté ginger, shallots, carrots, and celery until lightly browned.

Pour in balsamic vinegar, reduce by half, then add beef broth, bring to a boil, and season.

Season steaks and mushrooms, then grill until steaks are cooked to desired doneness and mushrooms are tender; remove from grill.

Cut cooked mushrooms into triangles and skewer them with sun-dried tomatoes onto rosemary sprigs.

Serve the grilled steak topped with the rosemary skewers and the prepared sauce.
