Preheat the oven to 350F and place the pie crust into a tart pan or crimp its edges in a pie plate.

Whisk eggs, milk, and cream cheese until smooth.

Combine shredded cheese, salt, pepper, taco seasoning, drained tomatoes, and chiles into the egg mixture.
