Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and place the pie crust into a tart pan or crimp its edges in a pie plate.

  2. Whisk eggs, milk, and cream cheese until smooth.

  3. Combine shredded cheese, salt, pepper, taco seasoning, drained tomatoes, and chiles into the egg mixture.

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.

  5. Arrange frozen peppers, onions, chopped bacon, and optional hot sauce on top.

  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the center is firm and lightly browned.

  7. Let cool slightly before topping with chopped cilantro, slicing, and serving.
