Mexican Paletas
Refreshing fruit paletas are a healthy, homemade frozen treat made with natural fruit.

Instructions

Blend half the fruit with sugar, water, and lime juice until smooth.

Spoon remaining chopped fruit into molds, then add the blended mixture, leaving 1/2-inch headspace.

Freeze for at least 6 hours; insert sticks after about an hour if molds lack built-in ones.

Remove from molds to enjoy when completely firm.
