Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to low heat.

  2. Combine all rub ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Apply 1 to 2 tablespoons of rub per slab of ribs, adjusting for preferred spice level.

  4. Place ribs on the grill, away from direct heat, in a single layer and cook slowly for 1.5 to 2 hours.

  5. Wrap the cooked ribs in foil and allow them to rest for 30 minutes.
