Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast, then mix in oil and warm water; knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes until smooth.

Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Lightly grease a 15 1/2-inch pizza pan with olive oil, then roll out the dough and press it into the pan; allow it to rest for 10 to 15 minutes before brushing with olive oil.

Brown the ground meat over medium-high heat until no pink remains, then add onion and sauté until translucent for about 5 minutes.

Stir in cumin, tomato paste, water, salt, and pepper, then simmer uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes.

Layer the meat sauce over the pizza crust, then top with spinach, artichokes, mushrooms, tomatoes, and feta cheese.
