Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast, then mix in oil and warm water; knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes until smooth.

  3. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest for 15 minutes.

  4. Lightly grease a 15 1/2-inch pizza pan with olive oil, then roll out the dough and press it into the pan; allow it to rest for 10 to 15 minutes before brushing with olive oil.

  5. Brown the ground meat over medium-high heat until no pink remains, then add onion and sauté until translucent for about 5 minutes.

  6. Stir in cumin, tomato paste, water, salt, and pepper, then simmer uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes.

  7. Layer the meat sauce over the pizza crust, then top with spinach, artichokes, mushrooms, tomatoes, and feta cheese.

  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crust edges are browned and the cheese is melted.
