Instructions

  1. Boil water and cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. While pasta cooks, whisk together garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette.

  3. Drain the cooked pasta and toss with half of the vinaigrette.

  4. While the pasta is still warm, stir in arugula, tomatoes, and red onions.
