Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler.

  2. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, broth, and garlic in a small bowl.

  3. Place mushrooms in a large bowl, pour the whisked mixture over them, cover, and marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.

  4. Place marinated mushrooms on a broiler pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.

  5. Broil 6 inches from the heat for 5 to 7 minutes per side.
