Meatloaf With Mixed Vegetables

Preheat oven to 350F.

Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with foil.

Pour milk over bread cubes in a large bowl and let stand until absorbed.

Add ground beef, chopped onion, salt, eggs, dry mustard, and vegetables to the bread mixture; blend thoroughly.

Form the mixture into an oblong loaf on the foil-lined pan or press into a loaf pan.
