Meatloaf With Mixed Vegetables

A delicious main dish, this meatloaf combines ground beef, bread crumbs, and mixed vegetables for a satisfying meal.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with foil.

  3. Pour milk over bread cubes in a large bowl and let stand until absorbed.

  4. Add ground beef, chopped onion, salt, eggs, dry mustard, and vegetables to the bread mixture; blend thoroughly.

  5. Form the mixture into an oblong loaf on the foil-lined pan or press into a loaf pan.

  6. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.

  7. Allow meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
