Meatloaf With Brown Gravy

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, Worcestershire, onion, and thyme.

  3. Pack the mixture into a lightly greased or foil-lined loaf pan, or form a loaf on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

  5. During the final 15 minutes of baking, heat pre-made gravy or prepare gravy from a mix.

  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes.

  7. Slice and serve with gravy, along with potatoes and a side vegetable or salad.
