Preheat the oven to 375 F.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then sauté onion and garlic for 4 to 5 minutes until translucent.

Add carrots and sauté for 4 minutes; then add crumbled meatloaf and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until heated through.

Stir in flour and sauté for 3 minutes.

Pour in broth, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, marjoram, and season with salt and pepper; stir and simmer for 10 minutes.

Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions or use leftover.

Stir peas and sour cream into the meat mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish, then top evenly with mashed potatoes, creating peaks with a fork.
