Meatball Smash Grilled Cheese

Layer half the mozzarella, cooked spaghetti, marinara, meatballs, pesto, Parmesan, and remaining mozzarella onto one bread slice. Top with the second bread slice.

Heat butter in a pan or panini press over medium heat until bubbles subside. Cook the sandwich a few minutes per side until golden brown.

Once melted and crusty, rub the sandwich exterior with a garlic clove. Allow it to rest one minute before cutting to prevent cheese oozing.
