Meatball Smash Grilled Cheese

Instructions

  1. Layer half the mozzarella, cooked spaghetti, marinara, meatballs, pesto, Parmesan, and remaining mozzarella onto one bread slice. Top with the second bread slice.

  2. Heat butter in a pan or panini press over medium heat until bubbles subside. Cook the sandwich a few minutes per side until golden brown.

  3. Once melted and crusty, rub the sandwich exterior with a garlic clove. Allow it to rest one minute before cutting to prevent cheese oozing.
