Preheat the oven to 500 F.

On a floured surface, roll or stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch round.

Transfer the dough to a baking sheet, then spread pizza sauce evenly.

Layer the pizza with 1 cup shredded mozzarella, crumbled cooked sausage and bacon, the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Reduce the oven temperature to 475 F and bake for 13 to 14 minutes until cooked through and the cheese is fully melted.
