Meat Baby Food Recipe
A simple meat stew baby food, suitable for infants aged six to twelve months, can be easily prepared at home.

Instructions

Heat fat in a large heavy saucepan over medium-high heat.

Coat the meat with flour, then brown it in the hot fat.

Add liquid, cover tightly, and simmer over medium heat for 90 minutes.

Stir in potatoes and carrots, cover, and continue to simmer for 15 minutes.

Add frozen peas, cover again, and simmer for 5 more minutes.

Puree the finished stew to a smooth consistency.

Store in the refrigerator for up to two days or freeze for two to three months.

Serve cold or at room temperature.
