Mayonnaise Grilled Salmon Recipe

Grilled salmon fillets are coated with a flavorful dilled mayonnaise before being cooked on a charcoal grill or stovetop grill pan.

Instructions

  1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill to medium (350-375F), or heat a stovetop grill pan over medium heat.

  2. Remove any pin bones from the salmon fillets, then pat them dry and season generously with salt.

  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, sesame oil, shallot, and Tabasco; fold in the dill and chill until ready to use.

  4. Brush 1/4 cup of the prepared dilled mayonnaise onto both sides of the fillets.

  5. Grill the salmon for 3 to 4 minutes per side, flipping once, until fully cooked.

  6. Serve the grilled salmon with the remaining dilled mayonnaise, a sprinkle of dill, and lime wedges if desired.
