Instructions

  1. Spray a 10x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Melt butter in a large pot over low-medium heat.

  3. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.

  4. Stir in matcha powder until incorporated, then turn off heat.

  5. Quickly add rice cereal to the matcha marshmallow mixture and stir until coated.

  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish, spread evenly, and cool.

  7. Once cool, spray a knife with cooking spray and cut into squares.
