Instructions

  1. Start boiling salted water for the pasta.

  2. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, mascarpone, and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.

  3. Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking water before draining.

  4. Transfer drained pasta to a large serving bowl and stir in the mascarpone sauce until melted.

  5. Add reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired sauce consistency.

  6. Garnish with fresh herbs, black pepper, and sea salt, then serve immediately.
