Marvelous Marshmallow Creme Fudge
A quick-to-make marshmallow creme fudge offers a rich chocolate flavor and a smooth, creamy consistency.

Line a 9x13-inch pan with foil, extending an overhang, then spray with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and milk; bring to a constant boil, stirring continually. Cook until a candy thermometer reads 234 F or boil for 5 minutes if not using a thermometer.

Remove from heat, then stir in chocolate chips until melted and marshmallow creme until fully combined.

Stir vanilla and nuts into the mixture until evenly distributed.

Pour fudge into the prepared pan, spread evenly, and allow to set at room temperature for several hours.

Once set, cut into squares using a hot, clean knife, warming it in boiling water as needed. Use the foil overhang to remove the fudge, then peel and discard the foil.
