Instructions

  1. Combine Dijon honey mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, and rice wine or white vinegar in a small bowl.

  2. Place tuna in a glass bowl, pour the marinade over it, ensuring all pieces are coated, then cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

  3. Prepare a clean grill or grilling pan by spraying with nonstick cooking spray or brushing with vegetable oil.

  4. Grill the tuna over hot coals for 5 to 7 minutes, or until charred outside and slightly pink in the middle.
