Whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Pour the marinade over the chops, seal the container, and refrigerate for 3 to 6 hours, turning occasionally.
