Instructions

  1. Pat pork chops dry and place them in a large, sealable bag or container.

  2. Whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Pour the marinade over the chops, seal the container, and refrigerate for 3 to 6 hours, turning occasionally.

  4. Preheat grill to high heat.

  5. Grill chops over direct high heat for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until an internal temperature of 145 F is achieved.

  6. Serve the grilled pork chops.
