Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking dish with nonstick foil.

  2. Trim and pat dry the pork tenderloin, then season with grill seasoning or salt and pepper.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the pork on all sides, and simultaneously whisk together syrup and mustard.

  4. Transfer the pork to the baking dish and roast for 12 minutes; then brush with half of the mustard mixture and roast for 5 more minutes until an internal temperature of 145 F is reached.

  5. Heat the remaining sauce until boiling, using either a microwave or stovetop.

  6. Rest the pork for 5 minutes before slicing and drizzling with the heated sauce.
