Maple-Dijon Pork Chops Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.

  2. Combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and olive oil in a small bowl for the glaze.

  3. Mix salt, onion powder, garlic powder, marjoram, pepper, and herbes de provence (if using); pat onto both sides of the pork chops.

  4. Grill chops for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

  5. During the final 3-4 minutes, brush on the glaze, cook for 1 minute, turn, and repeat.

  6. Remove chops from heat, rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with tarragon or parsley.
