Maple and Brown Sugar Bacon

Crispy maple and brown sugar glazed bacon strips are a versatile addition to breakfast, appetizers, or burgers.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F with a rack in the center.

  2. Line a rimmed baking pan with foil, place a cooling rack on top, and spray it with cooking spray.

  3. Arrange 12 to 16 ounces of thick-sliced bacon on the prepared rack.

  4. Warm 4 tablespoons brown sugar and 2 tablespoons maple syrup together, then brush the mixture over the bacon.

  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until browned and crisp, then cool before serving.
