Instructions

  1. Prepare a rimming station by placing 1/4 cup chamoy on one plate and 3 tablespoons Tajín on another.

  2. Blend frozen mango, ice, water, lime juice, and sweetener until smooth; adjust to taste.

  3. Dip glass rims first into the chamoy, then into the Tajín.

  4. Swirl 1 1/2 teaspoons Tajín and 1 tablespoon chamoy into the bottom of each glass (adjust quantities for smaller servings).

  5. Fill glasses with the mango slushy, ensuring it mixes with the chamoy and Tajín; layer in mango chunks if desired.

  6. Garnish with tamarind candy sticks, a drizzle of chamoy, and a sprinkle of Tajín.
