Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup diced mango, yogurt, milk, and optional sugar in a blender.

  2. Add ice cubes and blend until the mixture is smooth and thick.

  3. Stir in the remaining 3 tablespoons of mango cubes.

  4. Divide the lassi into 2 glasses and garnish as desired with cardamom powder, saffron, or pistachio slivers.
