Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter an 8-inch square baking dish.

  2. Combine diced mangoes, granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, vanilla, and cornstarch in a bowl, then transfer to the prepared dish.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, and brown sugar, then cut in softened butter until crumbly.

  4. Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the mango filling.

  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
