Malai Prawn (Creamy Prawn Curry)

Instructions

Wash, shell, and devein the prawns, keeping heads intact.

Process onions, tomatoes, and green chiles into a paste.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the vegetable paste and fry for one minute.

Stir in garlic and ginger paste; fry for another minute.

Add garam masala, coriander, and cumin; cook until oil separates from the mixture.

Pour in coconut milk and bring to a boil, then season with salt.

Add prawns and cook for 2 minutes.

Turn off heat and stir in cream.

Garnish with coriander leaves; serve with jeera or steamed rice.
