Make Spicy Tuna Rolls at Home

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped tuna with mayonnaise and ichimi togarashi.

  2. Lay a nori sheet on a bamboo mat. Spread one-quarter of the sushi rice evenly, leaving a top strip bare, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  3. Spoon one-quarter of the tuna mixture lengthwise onto the rice, one-third up from the bottom edge.

  4. Roll the sushi into a cylinder using the bamboo mat, pressing firmly to seal, then remove the mat.

  5. Repeat the previous three steps three more times.

  6. Wet a knife and slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces.

  7. Serve immediately.
