Make Spicy Tuna Rolls at Home
Simple to make, these homemade spicy tuna rolls feature fresh sushi-grade tuna.

Instructions

Combine chopped tuna with mayonnaise and ichimi togarashi.

Lay a nori sheet on a bamboo mat. Spread one-quarter of the sushi rice evenly, leaving a top strip bare, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Spoon one-quarter of the tuna mixture lengthwise onto the rice, one-third up from the bottom edge.

Roll the sushi into a cylinder using the bamboo mat, pressing firmly to seal, then remove the mat.

Repeat the previous three steps three more times.

Wet a knife and slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces.

Serve immediately.
