Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with cream in a large bowl.

  2. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, then add eggs and cook, stirring, until scrambled and just set.

  3. Remove skillet from heat and stir in sour cream.

  4. Transfer eggs to a greased 7x12-inch baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  6. The next day, preheat the oven to 350 F.

  7. Uncover the baking dish, season eggs with salt and pepper, and stir.

  8. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese is melted and eggs are hot (145 F).
