Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Line and grease a 13x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.

  3. Grind graham crackers into a semi-fine meal using a food processor, then add brown sugar and pulse to combine.

  4. Slowly add 1/2 cup butter with the processor running until well combined with the graham cracker mixture.

  5. Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the prepared pan to form an even crust.

  6. Spread sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.

  7. Evenly sprinkle half of the chopped chocolate, butterscotch chips, and pecans over the condensed milk layer, then add an even layer of coconut flakes.

  8. Sprinkle remaining chocolate, butterscotch, and nuts over the coconut, and finish with an even sprinkle of flaky sea salt.

  9. Bake for 28 to 32 minutes, until toppings are golden brown.

  10. Cool on a wire rack for about 15 minutes after baking, then lift the bars out using the parchment.

  11. Cut into 12 to 24 pieces and serve.
