Mad Eye Martini
A frightful Halloween cocktail, the Mad Eye Martini combines vodka, Hpnotiq, and lychee juice, artfully garnished with a creepy eyeball.

Instructions

Drain and dry lychee, then fill with red preserves.

Insert a blueberry into each lychee, blossom end facing out.

Skewer the prepared lychee with a cocktail pick for glass rim placement; refrigerate until needed.

Combine vodka, Hpnotiq, and lychee juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker; shake well.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a lychee eyeball and serve.
