Macadamia-Crusted Halibut Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and cayenne pepper, and one with chopped macadamia nuts.

  3. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Dredge each halibut fillet first in flour, then egg, and finally macadamia nuts, ensuring a complete coating.

  4. Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.

  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.

  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
