Low-Fat Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F and spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, combine crumbled ground beef with breadcrumbs, oregano, onion, tomato sauce, garlic, and parsley.

  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared cookie sheet.

  4. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, flipping meatballs once during cooking.

  5. Start boiling water and cook spaghetti according to package directions.

  6. While pasta cooks, heat marinara sauce in a large pan, then add the baked meatballs and simmer.

  7. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
