Low-Fat Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Coat a 4-quart slow cooker with nonstick spray, then add chopped onions, carrots, mushrooms, and green pepper.

Heat a non-stick pan with cooking spray over medium-high heat, brown the beef on all sides for 3 minutes per side, then transfer it to the slow cooker over the vegetables.

Pour canned tomatoes over the meat and drizzle with Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
