Low-Fat Skillet Ground Beef and Vegetables

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Sauté celery, onion, carrots, green beans, mushrooms, and zucchini for 2-3 minutes, then stir in oregano.

  3. Crumble in ground beef; cook, stirring, until no longer pink (5-7 minutes), then drain excess fat.

  4. Stir in canned tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 20 minutes.

  5. Serve.
